I am doing a simulation about the wind pressure on the building.And the k and epsion is not the certain value.
k(z)=1.2*[I(z)*u(z)]^2,epsion=(c^0.75)*[k(z)^1.5]/KL.and the u(z)=6.97*z^0.16, ...
