Ok, things are much clearer now...I can say that Alberto's last post summarizes quite exactly my point of view: for introducing CFD in your company, the choice of OpenFOAM is probably a not so bad...

Actually this is not the real problem when dealing with OF...I mean, a basic knowledge of C++ programming is obviously desirable, but a good background in Computational and Theoretical Fluid Dynamics...
