You would use the slip boundary condition in this case up to the nose for the axisymmetric flow. It enforces a flow tangent boundary condition, but not a no-slip condition since there is no surface.

Can you be more specific in what actual simulation you are running? It looks like you have a RANS grid in 3D. If it is in 2D, you should be able to put a slip boundary condition up to nose and then...
