I found it...

Go to "Run Calculation", select "Data File Quantities" and then select what you need. Then run the simulation again... There are a lot of other properties there that you can...

I have the same problem... When I was using CFX I could calculate dynamic viscosity using this expression:

ave(Dynamic Viscosity)@Fluido

However, Now I am using Fluent to solve the same...
