Can we call stand-alone library tool (eg Cantera) from FLUENT/CFX??

Dear users,

I want to know can we call any stand-alone library (out-side FLUENT of course) like Cantera from UDF in FLUENT/CFX??

I want to make a tool-kit which should be usable for any s/w...
