[ICEM] mesh a quarter of a truncated cone

Ok I found a solution of the above problem by...

Ok I found a solution of the above problem by creating a Y-block and splitting it and so on.

But now, why when I assign "free type" to a block, ICEM simply forget to mesh it?!! (see attachement)....
