Anyway, you do not need to specify the dimensions for the gradient, in the boundary section of the field file:

q = alphaEff * snGrad(T)

Thus

snGrad(T) = q/alphaEff

Your BC needs to look up the turbulence model in the database and then it needs to ask the turbulence model for the near-weall heat...
