I described you how to move the components around: drag and drop the components by clicking and holding the "CFX" field. Isn't that what you are asking?

If I understand you correctly, you want to move your components (such as "Mesh" or "CFX") around in your Workbench layout?
Just drag and drop them! You have to do that in line "1" where it says...
