You can either download qt-x11-opensource-src-4.5.3 from here:
ftp://ftp.trolltech.no/qt/source/

Or if you can yum:
yum install libqt4-devel
...

The first one looks like you don't have Cmake...

The first one looks like you don't have Cmake installed. You can just do 'yum install cmake', or download it and install it in your userspace.
