I haven't resolved the issue yet, but it is fine for the moment as I just use 'foamToVTK' to convert the files and then view them with paraview.

I reinstalled cmake, and then ccmake ran fine.
Paraview opens fine now.
Thanks for your help.

Now the final thing, is getting the 'PV3FoamReader' to compile.
