So, after three days of trying I found the solution right after posting this thread...

I was an issue with the CAD-Interface. I don't fully understand it yet, but I disabled the import of volume...

Hey,

I'm kind of lost with a problem.
I'm meshing a geometry after imported via CAD-Interface from Siemens NX.
After Octree-Meshing the Tetra-Mesh has a quality over 0.3 everywhere.
