As early Christmas present, our new workstation...

As early Christmas present, our new workstation arrived today. We now went for a setup with 2 Intel Xeon Gold 6128 CPUs, 12x8=96 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, 2 TB second drive and Nvidia Quadro P1000 GPU....

I agree that the recommendations of this retailer cannot be trusted. Essentially they did not provide any justification for the GPUs, but some of the arguments were just pathetic.
