I didn't test this myself before... anyway, as root run:
yum install cmake

As normal user, makeParaView has to be executed like this:
./makeParaView -qmake $(which qmake-qt4)

Uhm... those steps are just an example if you want to install OpenFOAM in a different folder. You don't need them if you're installing in "$HOME/OpenFOAM".
