Did you tried out Tutorials ob Hexa blocking before starting your project?
it would be good you you can know the basic commands necessary to create blocking.

Regsrding the confermal mesh check...

hello,

If you are refring to the small inlets on right and left as in yout tetin (1.jpg) file then you cannot view them in fluent simply because you dont have any blocks and so no mesh in this...
