go to the terminal ..... and open the bashrc file...

go to the terminal ..... and open the bashrc file .....

gedit .bashrc

At the end of the file just add

. /home/me/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.7.1/etc/bashrc

save the file . close the terminal...
