Fluent Cell Zone Conditions

Oh yea, you can set that up under Fluent Problem Setup => Cell Zone Conditions. This is where you specify if you want a zone to rotate/move and which model to use.

Since the meshes don't meet node for node (my assumption), you need to use a Non-Conformal boundary. Chose MRF or Sliding Mesh as your Fluent model, then the boundary just needs to be type interface...
