One of the links has expired. There's nothing I can do about that.

The GRI-3.0 mechansim has a propane submechanism within it, although it is primarily intended for simulating methane reactions.

I've abandoned Chemkin, and I'm just using the following 3-step mechanism:

C3H8 + 1.5O2 -> 3CO + 4H2
CO + 0.5O2 -> CO2
H2 + 0.5O2 -> H2O

All the reaction constants come from StarCD's...

I am also looking for a very simple mechanism. I've found detailed mechanisms (around 100 steps), but I've been unable to find a simple (<10 steps) mechanism as you say.
