i tried through exceed and also did through cmd...

i tried through exceed and also did through cmd prompt
when i run gambit through exceed its showing 'segmentation violation'
and when i did through cmd prompt its showing something like 'unable to...

first of all let me tell u first that i'm a total new guy into this fluent/gambit or any other cfd based s/ws.
coming to the problem:
i've installed fluent 6.1, gambit 2.0.4...
