got 0.202 the worst element only

is it correct ?

Let discuss this ... in my picture I think the inner wall is meshed as presented in the pic but after doing mesh check I got that message as mentioned in the black line...

My problem is before doing sweep, the disk and Arc-Path r connecting wrongly Not like yours. For that just take a look at the last picture after splitting the geometry by that plane
