@PC:
Open ~/OpenFOAM/OpneFOAM-1.5/etc/bashrc and find:
. export WM_COMPILER_ARCH=
. export WM_COMPILER_LIB_ARCH=

After that add this line:
. export WM_COMPILER_DIR=/usr

save,...
