Which solver suits for liquid (!) incompressible pipe flow?

I just read in the description of the solver,...

I just read in the description of the solver, that it is for trans-sonic/supersonic, laminar flow of a compressible liquid.
Does it mean the liquid should flow with transonic speed or is it possible...

Thanks a lot! this solver really fits :)
I´m fighting now with setting an inital flow profile due to undesired pressure waves at that time. But this is an other topic.
