IT is 2D laminar Fluid.
The wall in the red frame is called wallleft.
Fluent reports me the wallleft force.

Now I trie to understand, how Fluent calculate.

"lenght x 1mm"

to get the area?

Force at wall in pipeflow

Hi there,
How does Fluent calculate the force at a wall in 2D. Isn't there a prob with the z-cord., to calculate the Area like
$F=0.5\rho v^2 A$
