I modified the blocking and move the bottom...

I modified the blocking and move the bottom vertices of the cuboid, then I obtained a more flat angle for the sloping part . (as attached in main post)
Now there is no Volume Orientation problem any...

I was trying to give different mesh sizes to each part, but what is necessary is only the contour with the centre cuboid
