From the listing, it seems the ANSYS CFX Solver...

From the listing, it seems the ANSYS CFX Solver was computing turbulent viscosity and something failed.

You can try using the "Essential" option for results/backup files, and see if the error goes...

That is a traceback of an error in the ANSYS CFX...

That is a traceback of an error in the ANSYS CFX Solver when writing some kind of results file.

You may have to contact ANSYS CFX support for guidance, and probably share your setup with them.
