fixed in next release

Turns out the repository is not up to date yet but the next release will have the fix. In the meantime you can download the updated attached file in src/finiteArea/faMesh and recompile the library...

Is this fixed?

Cloned fe-4.0 from the git repository (git://git.code.sf.net/p/foam-extend/foam-extend-4.0) and this error is still happening with the finite area tutorials and cases.
