I tried with HBM, but as i know it only works for single phase problem. I didn't get any idea- how the water gets transformed into water vapor by taking away heat from hot gases.

hi
i m doing phase change problem in cfx which consist of fuel and water enter from top and hot gases from bottom side.
How do i model such problem? so that water get transformed into water vapor?...
