Hello, When I try to source

Hello,

When I try to source the following error occurs..(Note I am logged in as root)

box:/home # . .bashrc
bash:/home/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.4/.OpenFOAM-1.4/bashrc: Permission denied
