Problem when I try to write the geometry file

Hello, I have a problem with star_cd. When I try to write the geometry file an error occurs and this message is displayed:

"a radiation boundary is not defined between radiation cell 1629550 end non - radiation cell 115525"

The problem is: this error not exist when the person, that has built the model, try to write the geometry file instead when I try to write this file the error occurs.

Can somebody help me? Bye
