Look in the release notes. Maybe it is only beta-status, but you can use it.

Nothing in release notes for this model. It is possible if you want to impliment it yourself by using user defined soubroutine for turbulent viscosity. The trouble by finding the boudries like periodic, walls etc..... Maybe some one in here can help you with that.
