i have some problems about permeability.i want to simulate natural convection in porous media,so i have some parameters to be determined. does anyone know how can to determine permeability ? alpha and beta have any relation with permeability ? (alpha and beta are in "porousity")
please help me~~~ |

RTFM. There are some examples on how to calculate porous media coefficients in the methodology guide. Take also a look to the Handbook of Fluid Mechanics (CRC Press), to be found in every serious library. There is a whole chapter devoted to porous media and their modelling.
