Hello,
Does somebody know how to use the command egrep for extracting the needed values from a file (.info file, for example)? Regards, Julie |

egrep is very similar to grep - did you try
man grep to see the parameters? Type something like grep ITER file.info for example to find all lines containing the string ITER in the file file.info |
