Specification of My PC is: Windows XP, 2GB RAM, 80GB HD. If I use only tet meshes and k-e, how many is the maximum number of cells? Thanx.

Chuck,
You can define max. cells experimentally as follows. Increase number of cell gradually and look at the task manager monitor (when your program is running) in memory column. To run task manager press Ctrl-Alt-Del. |

In general, for star-cd it takes 75Mb per 100K of tet cells. Pro*am needs 100Mb per 500k of cells.
