Hi,
I am trying to run prosurf in batch mode because our linux cluster doesnt allow to run a process intractively for more than 20mins. I tried running prosurf using the following command : prosurf batch < prosurf.inp > prosurf.log But still the process get killed after 20mins saying that process cannot run for more than 20mins in intractive mode. I am running star on batch mode on the same cluster with the following command >star batch :qsub batch.sh And this process runs fine without getting killed in 20mins Any suggestions are welcome |

The prosurf job is not submitted to LSF, so it is treated like an interactiv job.
