What is the default wall treatment for high reynolds k-epsilon turbulence model in star cd? is it the.... ...'two-layer' approach? ...wall functions approach? ...hybrid wall bc approach? or is it something completely different.
Also, how can i specify one of the above modelling conditions? |

High Reynolds Number model basically can be used with a aid of WALL FUNCTION and which is formulated at log region .In star CD u can control or implement by selecting appropriate YPLUS value ideally its should be >11.5 but u can relax above up to >30 Yplus. U can make this by (ProAm)Extrusion layer depending on inner or outer surface.U go through Proam tutorials pls
