Hello Everyone

I want to define a source term (momentum) using table.i picked table cell type on define source toolbar. I read on Star-cd documentaion that if i use user coding , the source must be specified per unit volume.

Now I have three questions *is this situation valid for momentum equation while using table? does it mean that momentum source unit is newton/volume(1*1*1)? * my model has free surface condition. is there any problem to use table instead of user coding in this case? * TABLE tbl LOCAL 1 VOPTION Extrapolate INDEPENDENT X 2 Y 2 Z 2

X 0.000000 0.002000

Y 0.000000 0.002000

Z 0.000000 0.002000

S2PV 9000.000000 9000.000000 9000.000000 9000.000000 9000.000000 9000.000000 9000.000000 9000.000000 this is my table file (tbl.tbl) . I have defined 9000 newton per unit volume. this is constant value and effects all domain through y direction of velocity.but star-cd gave me below messages ? USORMO in calcu, nd,imopt= 1 4 (this is in *.run file) *** Warning: Multiple definition of table with name TBL.TBL

encountered. Last one will be used. (this belongs to *.info file) Is there anybody has experiences about above issues ? thanks in advance Furkan
