multisweep,10,1,no,,spline,1 does not work!

I am wondering if multisweep happens in the way that " if the SPLOT is used, then sections are passed which track the spline and remain perpendicular to the spline at each cut". I could not see 'perpendicular to the spline' plot. Always follows snorm regulated.
