can not run starcd 3.15 in windows XP?

I have restalled my windows system,and starcd also been restalled,but when I begin to use it,there is some errors as bellow: Licensing problem:unable to list licensed features cannot connect to license server The server (lmgrd)has not been started yet,or the wrong port@host or license file hss been changed. Server name: localhost license path:......(directory which I install starcd in)
Flexlm error: -15,10. System Error:10061 "WinSock:Connection refused" For turther ...... what's the problem? and how can I solve it? wish your quickly reply!! THank you very much!! |

What's you licensing type - nodelocked or via FlexLM local server? Check LM_LICENSE_FILE system variable and make sure that FlexLM service is running for licensing via server. Try using lmtools.
