problem when I run the case

Anyone can help me?

I reinstalled my linux and star-cd. But now I cannot run my job. Every time when I try to run the job, Linux always tells me that: /usr/local/star/star_cd4.0/STAR/4.00.011/linux64_2.4-absoft_9.0a-glibc_2.2.5-dso/bin/star: line 4598: unexpected EOF while looking for matching ``' /usr/local/star/star_cd4.0/STAR/4.00.011/linux64_2.4-absoft_9.0a-glibc_2.2.5-dso/bin/star: line 4612: syntax error: unexpected end of file

I do not know why.

Anyone can help me?

Hi, i also have such problem on STAR-CD v.4.00. I think that file ../4.00.011/linux64_2.4-absoft_9.0a-glibc_2.2.5-dso/bin/star include some bugs. Bugs in lines such as: " ...`commands` ...", i try replace them to "... $(command) ...", but this way is very difficult. I try change SHELL that running this script - it also not correct way

Finally, i get "star" file from STAR-CCM.v.4.02 and replace "star" file on version 4.00.

my system: OpenSuSe Linux 10.2 x86_64
