What I usually do is to plot velocity as a function of wall distance (define a line probe to get the plot) and export it to excel, and use excel to non-dimensionalize the plot to get u+ vs y+. You will need the shear stress at the wall though, and you can get it by a point probe, or just using the line probe that you have and plotting the wall shear stress on that line. You will get a single value at the wall and zeros every where else.
