Hi, everyone,
I am new to STAR, here I want to deal with a case for multi floating bodies in heading waves. But I don't know how to handle with this problem, especially for the two DFBI body have overlap domain. So is there anyone who can tell me how to set the model in this situation? I am looking forward to your kind help.

Hello

You can simulate multibody DFBI in STAR CCM+ with VOF Head Waves. It is strongly recommended that you go through the Life Boat Overset Tutorial and Boat in Head Wave tutorial from the help manual. A combination of physics model and mesh model will cater to solve your problem.
