meshing small gaps: what parameter do I have to keep that holes clear?

HI EVERYONE!
When trying to mesh a part, I'm unable to mesh it mantaining these small gaps without that joining made by the wrapper:  My question is: what parameter do I have to keep that holes clear? Thanks! |
