Hello Dear Users,

In star CCM+ when cell set is created it automatically creates field function for this cell.

I would like to ask if it is possible to see the value of this field function and manipulate it by other scalar.

Yes you can see the value, but
If i understand you correctly, no you can not manipulate the value of this cell set field function, you can use it to manipulate the value of a user field function that you created.

hello marmot thanks for the reply can u explain me how to see the value

take a look at the attached pictures,
I create a cell set using threshold for centroid x,
use Query, get -.09 .09
create using in between 0 -.1

Now in the scalar scene I plot Cell Set 1 on the whole domain and it shows me 0 or 1,
