User Defined Function Error

Hi all,
Making some user defined functions and hitting an issue with one of them. Just doing a pressure ratio at the same point, total/static. However it tells me "One or more values cannot be plotted: floating point exception [Invalid operation]". If I change the / symbol to either + - or * it goes away. Ive tested the reports at the point and it gives me two non-zero values so Im stumped as to what the issue is, any ideas?? |

Sounds like a divide by zero error. Are you reporting absolute pressure or gauge pressure? If your static pressure is the same as your reference pressure value then you will get a value of 0. Report them independently then try to calculate the ratio by hand, you should immediately see what has happened.

Having the same issue - a report that is a non-zero number and once I try to divide it by another non-zero report - I get an error.
Also get that error when trying to do 1/ReportValue. Check for the report to be non-zero multiple times. Multiplying by a number works, dividing by a number works, but not what I need. Any idea? |

could be that static pressure is zero or near zero? Try using absolute values (add 101325Pa ?)
