daroz is on a distinguished road
I am running a LES on STAR-CCM+ 12.02 and I am trying to obtain the SGS Turbulent Kinetic Energy.

When I check the option "Transient Sotarage Retained" over Dynamic Smagorinsky model, a variable called "Filtered velocity" appears in the Field Functions. However, there is no value being attributed to this variable during the calculation.

In the software manual, it is writen that a built-in SGS Turbulent Kinetic Energy becomes available when an aeroacoustics or combustion model is activated. I tried that one but nothing was made available to me.

Does anyone know how can I obtain such thing?

Thanks!!
