Dampers creation with star ccm+

Hi. I have for example, 3 regions (objects). I able to create between these 3 regions, 2 springs. Is possible create also, 2 dampers between them ? thanks a lot. is very important for me (esqual2002@hotmail.com).

I have a quarter car model, that is: 2 masses (up and down) connected by spring, and the down mass, connected to ground, also by spring. The up mass, produce downforce aerodynamic. This model, I able to create in star, observing the movements between masses and ground. But I need to place also dampers between two masses and down mass and ground. This is my problem. This model, I able to create in star, observing the movements between masses and ground. But I need to place also dampers between two masses and down mass and ground. This is my problem.
