Hello Everyone,

I would like to understand what each column specifies in a .cel file when I export a region?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know anything about the format, but why don't you make a simple mesh with only 4 cells or so and export it, it'll be much easier to tell what output corresponds to what in the mesh.

   cellid  shape  nvrt  ctid  celltype
   cellid   vrt1 ... vrt8
   cellid   vrt9 ... vrt16
   ...

shape =   1 point
shape =   2 line
shape =   3 tri/quad
shape =  11 hexa
shape =  12 prism
shape =  13 tetra
shape =  14 pyramid
shape = 255 polyhedron
