Understanding Boundary Shell file format (.cel)

Hello Everyone,

I would like to understand what each column specifies in a .cel file when I export a region?

I don't know anything about the format, but why don't you make a simple mesh with only 4 cells or so and export it, it'll be much easier to tell what output corresponds to what in the mesh.
