I'm trying to run an aerofoil under inviscid flow conditions, however, when selecting the viscous regime to Inviscid, my solver fails to converge. This is a simple simulation with M=0.3. I know it is often discussed that you set flow to laminar and free slip, but this is not a truly inviscid simulation. Has anyone got experience with this?

I believe that that the discretization of the Euler equations results in numerical diffusion/artificial viscosity. I don't have personal experience with this, but you might try changing the differencing scheme and/or order of the discretzation.

I did a little reading on Steve portal and it sounds like steady solutions are limited to up-wind scheme. You mgiht have to employ a transient solver to get different schemes. There are several options.
