Is it possible to simulate vapor condensing and then turning into Ice? If so what models should I select?

For melting -solidification the water should be single component liquid and for condensation -evaporation water should be multi component liquid.

Any way that can combine two models?

I now is to build the simulation model, but can only achieve condensation or freeze
