Problems in mesh for an car model in star CCM+(surface intersects)

Dear Forum Users,
I am working on a CFD analysis of a Car. I created a wind tunnel and using transform just bought the car near to the symmetry wall of the wind tunnel.
while almost all of my parameters are correct. I couldn't figure out what is the main cause of this error (surface intersects itself) and how do I troubleshoot this.
I have attached the figure, any suggestions or procedures to remove this problem, shall be highly appreciated.

Hello,

There is a function called Repair Surface. If you right-click one part you should see it. Your problem can be from the geometry, it intesects itself or because your surface mesh is too coarse in some areas . The root cause can be checked with this function I've mentioned earlier. You can find more information in the user manual.
