I'm trying to mesh a blade profile for a heart assist pump (to be placed inside the aorta) and I get this error 'Detected problem in mesh at or near the vertex: 734512 (0.0121222 0.00883469 0.01)'. Does anyone know what may be causing this error?

The x y z coordinates are given, go there and see what is there. The issue though is likely some slivers or pierced cells in the mesh. Sometimes it's just because you are bad at meshing. But it could just be the provided CAD is really really bad.
